• Processing. Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
• Rates. Free shipping on US orders over $50; a flat $4.95 applies under $50. International rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery (estimates). US: 3–7 business days. Europe: 6–12 business days. Rest of world: 7–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
• Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties set by your country, payable by the recipient.
• Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues, but we'll always help resolve them.
