Refund policy

We want you to love it. If you don't, return it.

• Window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Condition. Items must be unused, in original condition, with any tags. Please include your order number.
• How. Email support@maisoncoquetteparis.com with your order number to start a return; we'll send instructions.
• Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
• Faulty or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
• Exchanges. The fastest way to swap a print or size is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
• Non-returnable. Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked) and gift cards.
